1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable or final sale categories (e.g., personal hygiene items, cosmetics, intimate wear, etc.).
- The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned with all accessories, tags, labels, and manuals (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries)
- Digital downloads or software
- Opened and used items (such as electronics or sealed products)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@aadviat.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be included with the return package.
- Ship the Item Back: Return the item to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for damage, signs of use, or any missing items. If the product meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation via email.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product was delivered with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
- We will provide you with a free return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- You must initiate the exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund instead.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties, where applicable.
- Please note that customs fees or taxes are non-refundable.
